💼 Professional

I'm back working as product/UX designer after resigning from research role in my previous company. Currently, working on two web development projects while also learning HTML, CSS, and JavaScript more deeply this time. Looking back to my times as designer before, I'm rather feeling guilty (and regret) to not learn CSS. These are my first two projects where I design and develop the web myself, pretty exciting to work on these two. Honestly, feeling more excited coding in VS Code rather than designing in Figma right now.

🔍 Learning

Currently excited with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React. Also learning about JAMStack and static-site generator. Been pretty obsessed with these technologies since the start of the year. In the midst of AI hype, I want to understand the fundamentals first and honing my craft. I'm still use AI for exploration though and debugging (handling those dependencies in the deployment sure helps a lot).

📚 Reading

I always read more than one book at a time. Currently reading 'Before the Coffe Gets Cold' by Toshikazu Kawaguchi, '12 Rules for Life' by Jordan Peterson, and 'How to Stop Worrying and Start Living' by Dale Carnegie.

🎧 Listening

I'm pretty much into Fred Again for the latest three years. His latest collaboration with Thomas Bangalter has been in my playlist rotation for quite a while.

🎾 Hobbies

Tennis has been part of my life since 2023. Enjoy both playing it and watching the professional competition since. Currently I don't play much due to work and hoping to get back on the court more frequently soon.
